Shipping Policy

At TooShea! Gardens, we’re committed to delivering healthy, beautiful plants right to your doorstep. Every order is packed by hand using our custom packaging and plant-safe methods to ensure your plants arrive protected and ready to grow.  Once your order leaves our location, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. We aim to have your plants delivered in time for weekend gardening, with most orders arriving within 2-4 business days after shipping.

 Plant-Safe Packaging

We use custom-designed boxes with plenty of room for plants to breathe, and careful packing techniques to keep your plants secure during transit. Each plant is packed to prevent soil disruption and protect delicate stems and leaves throughout the journey.

Additionally, all of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable, with the exception of our plant pots. The pots are made from plastic, but they serve a second purpose: each one includes a QR code that links directly to that plant’s page on our website, so you can access growing tips, plant care, and detailed information anytime you need it.

Seasonal Shipping Schedule

We ship plants to Georgia after the last frost date to ensure optimal planting time. This helps your plants establish successfully without the risk of frost.

Our No-Risk Guarantee

We want you to feel confident ordering from TooShea! Gardens. That’s why we offer a No-Risk Guarantee to make sure your plants arrive healthy, happy, and ready to grow. If something isn’t right when your order arrives, just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
If your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, we’re here to help. To qualify for our No-Risk Guarantee, please contact us at gardens@toosheaessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery (if your message arrives over the weekend, we will honor your time-stamped message).  Also, include photos of the plants as they arrived in the box, without photos, we’re unable to process a claim or provide a solution.

If your claim meets the guidelines above, we’ll Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Because live plants are sensitive to travel and stress, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Plant & Pot Sizes

All of our plants are grown in 3-inch pots designed for healthy root development and safe shipping.  Our goal is always to send strong, healthy plants that are the right size for safe transport and quick establishment in your garden.
